The Bauhaus Bites Playbook will serve as a practical, process-oriented toolkit that summarizes collective learnings and documents key processes from the seven Bauhaus Bites Food Environments, with the goal of functioning as a one-stop shop for fast-tracking replication and future expolotation.
As a key part of the Bauhaus Bites legacy, it will feature a curated portfolio of tools, methods, guidelines, partnership models and best practices from the project cities. The playbook aims to inspire and facilitate for public, private and community sector stakeholders to create and maintain Bauhaus Bites–inspired food environments that adress health, environmental and societal food challenges through holistic solutions.
