The city action plans lay out the vision, strategic obejctives and specific actions of each city in implementing their pilot project. They detail how the Bauhaus Bites vision and approach is operationalised in each city’s food environment transformation initiative. Trailblazer cities (Birmingham, Fundão, and Zagreb) will be first to publish their action plans, with Twin cities (Murska Sobota, Oostende, Palermo, and Sarajevo) to follow.

Bauhaus Bites will produce three scientific publications with the aim to spread knowledge of Bauhaus Bites approaches, analyse their results as well as facilitate their replication. We are proud to make all scientific publications open access, in line with Bauhaus Bites’ principle of democratising new knowledge and making results available to all.

This article uses Zagreb's Bauhaus Bites project as a case study to propose a model for how the Bauhaus Bites approach to co-creative food environment transformation can help to integrate sustainble urban development frameworks.
